Scrying Mirrors are powerful and sacred tools where the shiny black surface is used for divining. You focus on a particular intention and gaze into the mirror, and you might get visions related to your query.

HOW TO USE YOUR SCRYING MIRROR:
Before you start using your mirror, you'll want to cleanse it and charge it, ridding it of any old and potentially negative energies that have become attached to it. Then you'll want to bless it to add positive energies to it. There is a wealth of information available on the web on how to do this; we recommend using whatever method feels most comfortable to you.
Using a scrying mirror is best done in low lighting conditions. Place the mirror at an angle so that you can't see your reflection, and don't allow anything else to reflect in the mirror. It may be helpful to almost look past or through the mirror rather than at its surface. Your scrying mirror should be like a dark window or tunnel to nowhere.
Surround yourself and the area around you with a white light of protection before you start scrying. Set an intention for your session, or you can ask a particular question to which you're looking for answers if you wish. Start gazing into the mirror, getting into a state of meditation, and let your mind wander. Initially, it may just look black or grey, but eventually, you'll start to see colours appear and disappear. The images that appear may be very hazy at first. But with enough practice, they can become as clear as a movie or photograph. You may see actual visions in the mirror, in your mind or feel intuitive. Keeping a pen and notepad nearby is helpful to record your experiences and thoughts when you're done.
Practically, scrying can be draining on your energy at first when you're not used to it. So start with 10 - 15 minutes, working your way up to however long you wish.

Canadian Customers: shipping to anywhere within Canada is, unfortunately, very expensive. So, certain items do not come with tracking (unless a shipping upgrade is purchased). Orders are sent via regular letter mail to keep prices affordable, which can range anywhere from 2-8 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.
American Customers: orders are sent via USPS First-Class Mail with tracking and can be expected within 2-5 business days after your order has shipped.
Int'l Customers: delivery can be expected within 1-5 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method selected.

To promote the longevity of your bracelets elasticity:
1) Roll the beads over your wrist, stretching the elastic as little as possible.
2) Take the bracelet off before applying lotions/sprays to protect it against chemical breakdown.
3) Try to keep the knot from being exposed. Keeping it securely inside a bead will lessen the stress that it is exposed to, making it less likely to fail.
4) Wear your bracelet on your non-dominant hand. You are less likely to get your wrist caught with the hand that you use to do less things.

Many of the countries we currently buy from, including Bali, Guatemala and India, support various artisan communities through their social responsibility initiatives. This is a form of fair trade, where income is being used to support a diverse group of small manufacturers and families. Most of our semi-precious stones and crystal come from family-owned mines passed down from generation to generation, much like a family farm in Canada.
Our minerals are purchased from suppliers with the (correct) appropriate mining certificates, which establish their operations as safe and environmentally sound. We work with partners in the industry who we can trust.
